EMOTIONS

INTRODUCTION

Emotions are natural human feelings that influence the way we think, act, and communicate with others. They can be positive (like happiness, excitement, love, pride) or negative (like anger, fear, sadness, disappointment). Expressing emotions appropriately is an important part of communication, as it helps others understand what we feel and how to respond. In conversations, emotions are often shown through words, tone of voice, and body language. Learning to identify, express, and manage emotions is essential for effective communication in everyday life, academic settings, and professional situations.
