• For example Netflix uses data science to recommend shows based on your watch history. Doctors use data science to predict diseases from patients records and so on.

• Data science uses several fields such as Statistics, Computer science, Mathematics and domain knowledge.

• Data scientists use the tools like Python, R and SQL to handle large datasets.

• The ultimate goal of data science is to make data driven decisions.
